Year-Round Preparation the Torres Way

Offseason Development

Our offseason program is designed to build speed, strength, conditioning, and football fundamentals before the season begins.

 

Athletes participate in:

• Speed and agility training
• Conditioning and endurance work

• Position-specific drills
• Competitive situational work

 

The goal is to develop athletes who are faster, stronger, and more prepared entering the season.

In-Season Preparation

During the season, training shifts to performance maintenance and game preparation.

 

Practice structure includes:

• High-tempo team periods
• Situational game scenarios
• Film breakdown
• Skill refinement
• Recovery and conditioning balance

 

Our athletes train with purpose every week to stay sharp and competitive.

Position-Specific Training

Athletes receive targeted instruction based on their position to enhance performance and football IQ.

 

Position training includes:

• Quarterback mechanics and reads
• Receiver route running and timing
• Defensive coverage and positioning
• Rusher technique and pursuit angles

 

This ensures athletes develop confidence and mastery within their role.
